Some people asked us why we were going to Kansas and Missouri for our family vacation and not somewhere "fun." My reply was "to visit family and build memories." We did just that! We had so much fun with our little family and with our extended family. We stayed with Chris's sister and family: Mark, Elynn, Marissa, Rob, Morgan, Maddie, and Reagan. Our kids had so much fun playing with their kids. We enjoyed chatting and staying up late with them too. This was a very enjoyable trip. Maggie even said it was better than going to Disneyland.
